I am just wondering what you guys think about the apparent legality of "Duplicate Poker." (details

To me, this game is a crap shoot, yet there have been articles in CardPlayer (
HERE) and elsewhere talking about how it's viewed as legal because it's a game of skill.
What a slap in the face to poker, IMO, that a ridiculous lottery version of poker is being viewed as a skill game while real poker is "gambling." Ugh...
Am I alone in this sentiment?
