Yes you have to get the 200k vpp during this calendar year (and actually pay for the bonus this year as well).

No you don't have to clear the bonus this year. You have a set period of time like any other bonus that begins the day you buy it.

Define "pay for". Do you mean the 50k FPPs or whatever? So if you don't have that many in your acct. at the end of the year you can't get the bonus?
