calling and waiting for a safe turn is giving him a free card. worst case he has QJ. if a 2 hits, we are likely to bet/raise if we assumed we are ahead.
if any scarecard (Q,J,T,9) hits we would fold?
i cant see this to be right. i would raise on the flop.
a raise will determine if he really has a hand or if he has a draw, or if he tried to bluff us off the hand.
a call would give him a free card, on a scary board like this that cant be good for us
