It's difficult to put him on a decent straight draw as he would have to have raised something like J8 or 87 UTG, same goes for the made straight (QJ).

The preflop action suggests that he has either AK or a pocket pair with a little AQ/AJ/KQ mixed in.
Of these hands you're crushed by the sets and AA, and way ahead of the rest.

I would call and reevaluate turn. If he is donking the flop with a hand you're ahead of, I doubt that he will fire again.
