i play it the same. villain has worse Ace, busted flush draw or Kx more than enough for you to call down. bet sizing is relevant imo as this tips it more towards the likelihood of villain having a missed flush draw.

Why would villain donkbet river again if he's missed the flush? That size is only going to get called/rr'ed.
I think villain has a higher kicker and has Hero beat, which is why I don't call donkbets to river on TPMK.
