When you say you can't see him doing "this" with anything less than AQ, do you mean min-raise? He could be min-raising with a lot of hands because the SB and UTG have to call the whole 1k. There's no need for him to raise any more to drive them out of the pot. I would think if he had 66 he would flat call.

Given the situation you're in it's definitely push/fold, as I can't really put him on a flush draw here (where I might consider calling and pushing a non-club turn). This is so dependent on his playing style and the types of As he plays, but I probably jam here and pray (that might be a leak though).
