I don't think PS could even offer rakeback now even if they wanted to. Too many current PS players would be angry at not being able to get rakeback just like some FT players are angry at FT for not having rakeback.

hahaha, I can't even imagine the [censored] storm if stars instituted rakeback but only for new accounts.
