I dont dispute the premise, I suggest that the premise has more than one meaning. Or perhaps you can explain to me the true nature of being in a way that no one will dispute.
I merely ask for definitions of what is exactly meant by the terms of the premise; human, being, action.

I would suggest you actually bother to read Human Action, where Mises goes into this in excruciating detail for the first 120 pages, explaining exactly what he means.
