Good luck with that. Foxwoods is a vacation resort and most guests are from out of state. A law suit would be very difficult, because the bouncer kid doesn't need to show anyone any identification, therefor tracking him down after he's been removed would be futile.

Besides the old dude totally deserved everything that happened to him, even though it may not be correct according to the law.

It's MUCH worse than that Wooly...FW is on an Indian reservation. State law does not apply. Most people do not realize that when they go there. Do you know that if you fall while there you are suing the tribe that owns the place and the case goes before a tribal court! The Feds are the only ones who have an overriding jurisdiction there and even that is hotly debated. Civil problems are a mess in the Indian Casinos.

Play no limit at your own risk. This is why I stick to limit in a casino.

I get a totally different vibe between limit and no limit.
I will never play no limit unless it is in a tourney with a pre-set buy in. The players attitude in the NL games suck.
