Default 100nl: Nut flush on river vs. over shove on paired board

$165 effective stack size. Villain is 16/3/.8 over 200 hands. What hands am I ahead that he does this with? He had not shown signs of this type of aggression all session. I'm interested in some hand range analysis here. Thanks in advance.
