Default NL5 TPGK, OESD on Turn

The flop RR seemed to me like he was trying to push me off a continuation bet, villain feels loose after about 50 hands.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($1.34)
Hero ($4.74)
MP1 ($0.77)
MP2 ($2.74)
CO ($1.17)
Button ($7.56)
SB ($2.58)
BB ($3.20)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.02, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.08</font>, MP1 calls $0.08, <font color="#666666">5 folds</font>, UTG calls $0.06.

Flop: ($0.27) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.14</font>, MP1 folds, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $0.28</font>, Hero calls $0.14.

Turn: ($0.83) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333"></font>Hero ???

Do I push with top pair, and an OESD? Villain only has 1 PSB left.
