yeah, but its tiring to check the tables manually. There seems to be a tool wich will handle opening and closing of your tables automatically,

Yeah you do have to open the tables manually. If you want to mine for an extended period of time you have to keep checking the tables, because they will close over time. Example: start 50 or 60 tables before you go to bed, you'll have 15-20 by the time you wake up....
