His range is something on the order of {99,77,44,AcJc,KcQc,QcJc,JcTc} imo. I don't think a solid TAG will play TT+ like this too often. He probably never has QQ-TT, and has < 0.75 combos of AA-KK each. You around 22% equity to call, and you're getting 12%-20% equity when his range is comprised of 9%-28% draws and the rest sets (respectively). Fold.
