Default heads up hand against unknown

Villain is unknown and all other players went to sit out, so we played our first heads up hand. FPS or is my line logical?

Please comment every street. :

Titan No-Limit Hold'em, $3.00/$6.00BB (Titan HH Converter by Kreatief)

SB ($1,262.36)
BB ($667.45) (Hero)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to 15.0</font>, SB calls $12.00,

Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ( $36 )
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $24.00</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to 75.0</font>, SB calls $51.00,

I gave him a marginal madehand that he often folds to my raise. Sometimes he has a draw/set and 3-bets me.

Turn: A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ( $186 )
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $130.00</font>, SB calls $130.00,

Now i thought he has a weak top pair like Q6s and saw enough FE.

River: T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ( $446 )
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $444.45</font>, SB calls $444.45,

After he calls the turn i gave him a range like from QJ to two pair with Q5. wrong betsize?
