OP, I am in the same BR neighborhood as you 100NL. And I just recently moved up. To reduce variance, I leave a table anytime villain covers 10% of my BR. You shouldn't have been sitting if losing that much bothers you.
Accept responsibility for taking outsized risks. Suck it up and rebuild. Just get clear on your risk management principles and you will be fine.
