I think this is completely fair. He's compromising his own team possibly, but I mean this is really only applicable with like defenses.

I think it's fair also. If I have room on my bench why should I let a good player stay on the FA/WW for someone to pick up and use against me? I'd rather have them on my bench than have someone use them to beat me or the team I'm fighting for a playoff spot.
