I 3-bet size is fine preflop, especially from UTG. Thinking players will interpret this as a strong hand. Although if you know there are LAG players behind you left to act you could make it 120-150.
Bet isnt hopeless for hand 2, villain will be folding unless he has a mid to high pocket pair.
I would call the bet and shove the river if a blank comes out.
