Here's all the stuff I haven't attempted. There's also no item on the list I've attempted and never succeeded in doing. Here's my excuses for the others.

I've built a brick patio and wired new outlets, so I think those are close enough. I'm not putting in any walls until they're going in a place I own.
10. Use a torque wrench
Interestingly, it's never come up in my life where I've had to be that precice tightening a bolt.
13. Fillet a fish
WTF. If you buy the fish, let the fishmonger filet it for you if it's not already done. If you catch the fish, just gut the thing and fry it up.
19. Clean a bolt-action rifle
I own a shotgun, which I've actually never kept in my posession because I'm not that interested in skeet or trap, and I have too short an attention span for most hunting. It was my graduation "present" from my dad after I asked him for a rifle. Coincidentally, he asked to borrow it ten minutes later and I've never gotten it back. So anyway, I blame him for this shortcoming.
22. Bleed brakes
No excuse... just never needed to.
