Default Top pair on 1 color desk, OOP.

Villain is 42/10/1.1 by 60 hands, looks like bad, but adequate. This is very bed spot for me, especially OOP. My logic is in makeing probe bet on flop (what do you think, guys?), and calling on turn for full house value (with 6 outs - 1:7 to come and 1:4 to call - am I to optimistic in thinking about my implied odds?) to stack villain's flush the river. Do you play this hand differently? Check-fold flop/turn? Appreciate your opinion.
