It looks good to me. Villain's flop min-raise suggests that he likes his hand, and when he calls your big 3-bet, that confirms it. But it's still quite possible you're ahead, and in any case I wouldn't want to risk just calling the flop min-raise only to have the turn go check-check.
The turn card isn't my first choice, but you're obviously playing for stacks at that point.
