If the games are so predictable, exploit it. If everyone is being a nit playing only pocket pairs, min raise every single hand. If you get called or reraised, you know they have a pair or at least something good, but they will mostly fold. Culling the antes from every other pot will put you way ahead even without having to take any risks.
