Have a significant bankroll to play in these types of games, you likely need a decent amount more than the standard 15-20 buy ins.

When actually playing, play very tight preflop, but when you are dealt AA/KK/QQ/AKs/possibly JJ, try and get as much in the pot preflop as possible. If this means making a "ridiculous" raise of X # of BB's preflop, do it. If people are willing to make stupid calls when behind, give them the opportunity. If there's dead chips in the pot preflop, shove with big hands.

Hammer the hell out of flopped nut flushes/straights/sets. Don't slowplay, value these hands big-time.
