I have wondered why no one has got a voter Referendum passed to up the ante in black hawk at the very least to try and get a specific law just to raise the poker limits maybee something like the $100 buy in in florida I mean u can go through 100 bucks on $5 slots alot quicker than even the worst poker player. even if they had somthing like mo where they cap what u can loose per hr. not sure what has to be done for a Referendum I asume it just has to be drafted and recive enough signatures then it will go to a vote on the ballot. I am not sure if it would pass the vote or not but I guess geting something to a vote is better than nothing
