It obvious to me after the fact(edit: obvious that I should raise), but during the hand I was confused as to the TAG's range here. It seems like it's AJ or AQ almost always, and only has 3 outs against me. That might advocate not raising just in case the maniac lucked into a nine here and I get 3 bet, I have to call down is that happens, but even against the maniac I think I'm in trouble. He a maniac but he's not randomly retarded, just way overaggressive in weird spots.
Although the fact that she also can't fold those hands even for two cold on the turn also leans towards raising...
