Watch him call down with KQ, KJ, KT, J9, etc. Only thing I am worried about at this point is AK, although he would have probably raised that on the flop. If he raises the turn that will put you to a tough decision, but no point letting up when you hit.

I've 15$ left in a 20$ pot - if I bet (shove) the turn there is no decision to make if he raises ...
Edit: so you think he calls the turn with a hand like KJ?
