Fishes want to play higher stakes because it is exciting, I assume. They want to brag (I am always surprised at how fishes think, so this is just an assumption). So, instead of risking one fifth of their bankroll in one time, buying in for 20BB, now they are gonna risk their whole bankroll, buying in for 100BB. Even better, right?

Youre foolish if you think thats how it will be for the majority of them. Very very few people (even total idiots) are going to put their whole bankrolls on the table at one time.

They will just move to Full Tilt...which is why PokerStars is never going to do this full scale.
