Just give it some rest for a couple days, you should be fine. I've had similar things happen for similar reasons in the past.
Reminds me of an old Buddy Hackett joke which I will abbreviate as best as possible;
A guy visiting thailand does a hooker there. As few days after he gets home, his penis starts turning grenn. HE goes to the doctor, who tells him it will have to be amputated. Guy asks for a recommendation on a second opinion, and the 2nd doctor says the same. Asks for 3rd opinion recommendation, and that doctor also says they will have to amputate. As the man despairs, the 3rd doctor asks him what may have caused this, and he tells him of the hooker in Thailand. 3rd doctor says maybe the guy should see a urologist in Thailand. Guy flies back to Thailand and sees the Thai doctor.
Guy: "You ever seen anything like this before?"
Thai Doctor: "Oh sure, many times, many times."
G: "Will you have to amputate?"
TD: "Amputate? Oh no, that won't be necessary"
G "Oh, wow, doc, that's a HUGE relief!"
TD: "Oh yeah, you give it three, maybe four days, it fall off all by itself."
