You can just drag and drop your buddy within the same group or into a different group. You must have the sort groups and buddies in alphabetical order checkbox disabled within the preferences section for this to work.

I think you misunderstood the question. I have no problem moving buddies around. I created a new "list" and I want to move that list on top of the other lists. It seems there is no way to do this. Can you tell support to add this feature?
Also, SmartBuddy isn't working today. I really like the product but all of the bugs are starting to get annoying.
