OP has 120 hands with villain, how many times do you 3-bet in 120 hands? There is no metagame here, meaning he's playing his cards and not taking into account OPs image making this an easy fold.

I probably 3bet 5-6 times in 120 hands so the guy will have definitely seen me do it. If you get a hot run of cards and 3bet like 3 times in an orbit you'll get paid off so much easier later in the session.
