Your flop bet is very weak, you will get a lot of people floating a lot.
c/c is terrible IMO.
I think firing a pot-sized bet is good here, you will fold out most hands here.
c/c usually if you hit pair on river, depending on how aggro he is, except def. lead into him big if you hit gutshot.
maybe b/f if you pair up
