In this case you have basically a bluff hand postflop so you would be better off betting yourself on the flop (which I would usually do) rather than calling a bet on the turn. You are up against random hands in the blinds only and it's a big card flop so you probably are going to take it down.
Raising preflop is a matter of style but only two off the button and with these stacks I think the hand plays better for a raise.
