So I feel like a pretty big idiot, but I'm going to post my idiot question here anyway.
Just purchased a month subscription to smart buddy. Got hte confirmation email, downloaded the program, was all excited to try it out. My issue: Can't figure out how to log in. I've tried my license ID, my customer ID, and my product invoice as my "username" login, to no avail. Just keep getting "login failed." I'm sure i'm being retarded and missing something really simple...what is it that I am missing?
Anyone's thoughts would be much appreciated.
