Re: napping
I've always taken naps. They're great. Sometimes I slip into a cycle of sleeping in two 4hr. chunks, usually around 3-7am and 3-7pm. Most of the time I sleep about 6hrs at nite and take a 2hr nap in the afternoon. Every time I try to adapt to a 'normal' sleep schedule I find that I'm just way too tired by the evening and I just slip back into my napping schedule.
