You're in a casino, so he means that you're not a retarded gamb00ler screaming LE LAISE every time you flop third pair and an undercard. I'm pretty sure that casinos are the only place where the "good" asian stereotypes of "good at math" and "quiet" fly out the window, and people see them as auditioning for the Deer Hunter 2, Electric Boogaloo.
I think Daver used to use this stereotype to his advantage, but I could be wrong. I'm recalling that from a post a long long time ago, and not from first hand experience.
