One the first hand I would push all-in before the flop. With 500 sitting on the table and no one showing strength this is a place to move in.
Second hand I would have to fold because he's going to call an all in with probably every hand he raised with. He doesn't have enough chips behind to fold. Wait for a better spot to steal from him. Doesn't look like a good move to me.
