No it isnīt. Villain is telling you he has a hand. Not a good hand, but trying to take people off hands is burning money. The only hands I try to take my opponent off is A high or a missed draw and the like, and that often fails at an alarming rate. I wouldnīt even raise the flop, 3-way a minbet is often way stronger.
