So if we can assign a range here of top 7% of hands (88+,ATs+,KQs,AQo+), you have about 35% equity. You have to call 1300 into a pot of 2200, so you're not quite getting the proper odds to make the call. If you open up his range to include resteals with nothing, then it's a lot closer.
But you still have an ok stack, so I think folding is best here.
