This is total rubbish. There was some speculation about it and considerable media coverage. However it was never anything remotely close to a scientific consensus, it was a small minority position.

The simple fact of the matter is the amount of time we are living in is completely meaningless from an environmental perspective. It is extremely arrogant and self centered to believe that we are the sole cause for what occurs on earth. Surprisingly enough the people who have spent their entire professional careers studying the climate are well aware that the earth goes through periods of warming and cooling.
Your argument is logically flawed. The earth has gone through periods of warming and cooling; that doesn't imply that the current warming is or is not primarily driven by human activity. To determine that requires a level of knowledge that no-one here possesses.
