The first "super casino" will be built in Manchester. The bill has already been passed through and I expect to see at least 1 of these "super casino's" built in all of the major cities in England.

lol, the one already approved for Manchester is in doubt since Gordan Brown ordered a "review" of its effects. We'll be lucky if we get one supercasino let alone one in all major cities.
