I think people who have had their 2+2 account hacked or used for a transfer scam by someone else should receive some kind of punishment. Maybe not a banning but something. As it stands now, the person counting on the reputation of the other person's 2+2 account reputation gets screwed for the other's lack security.
Maybe they should be put on
list under the heading of "do not send first to, 2+2 account was used by another" or something.
