I do think that calling third and folding fourth would not be a particularly good game-plan. I also think folding third would be moderately absurd. If you're planning on raising fourth, why not raise third?

I do think that when the other guy bets into you on fifth, you should throw in the towel. You've shown some strength, and he's betting into you again. You have crap, and if you continue, you'll be committing too much of your stack with no pair and no real draw.
