Rarely I'd lead out for this reason: If villain has a strong hand such as two pair or a set he will often check it behind. If you then hit your inside draw I would almost venture to overbet the river.

c/c why? Because if he has two pair and you hit a Q you pay off? So you want to c/c with a gutshot?
