Are you good at schmoozing? Find out what shift the casino manager works, and meet him directly (not through shift manager or floorman). Connect with them. Tell them what you play, what you want. Tell them how much you like the club, the name of your Kiwanis club -- and request a contact for reservations, etc. Use their name when you come in the club, and come in as often as possible when they're not there (many leave as early as 5pm). Make sure the guy likes you.
A lot of floor people won't give a bad rating to a guy they think has juice. Once they all think that way, mediocre play is always forgiven -- and the illusion becomes reality.
