There will be a slightly higher proportion of competent players who understand basic strategy, and a slightly lower proportion of clueless villains who will stack off on the river with 22 on an AKQTT two tone board ...
But it's all read dependent - there are idiots and competent players at every buy-in. Most likely adjustments required are pushing looser and calling pushes tighter. If you multitable, cut back until you're confident of your game.
