I hate to point out the obvious flaw in this line but...

How do you know she's not ritually bathing when you're not home?

I won't argue that that is a possibility. You never 100% know what anyone else is doing.
One important point is that the ritual bathing is not in a normal bathe. It is a special bathing place that is supported by the community.
It is, of course, a private place and women go there alone. However, there is a woman in charge and she would ask serious questions if she saw a single girl.

However, there ARE single girls that do go. The Rabbis turn a blind eye working on the logic that if they are gonna have sex then at least they should be ritually clean.

Nevertheless, I still stand by my original statement. I think that everyone would agree that there are certain things that you know about your kids that you can't explain.
