I think calling preflop is the worst option, as you do it only as a set miner investing 20% of your stack, where it will be very hard to get the implied odds you need if you hit the set (you can't be sure MP3 will stay with you).

So I think this is pushing vs. folding and you would be very happy to have any reads here - without it's a fold for me (against an unknown i'd push 88+ here).
