only way is if we get an apartment. Right now we have 3 of us in the one suite. One option would be, depending on when ur arriving, one of us could just room with you and that would free up space in our room.

I think we can get a table with a couple weeks notice. The main issue would be what day/time is good? Because the 10-16 people will be playing late due to the main event.
