If the river were an A or 4 I would bet, anything else you can check-call. I can't think of a situation where a c/r would be correct.

One thing I never thought of until just a few minutes ago is the likelihood that this is a free showdown raise. I think this is a good possiblity from an opponent who has coldcalled so liberally against me. I am not sure why he thought I would be a good candidate to continually float, but his thinking might be that he will outplay me in situations like these.
