We're deep, he has outs, and I seriously doubt you are getting CRed here a significant percent of the time to offset FE. If there is one thing a weak player (and judging from the action, both players are weak) fear the most is made flushes. They aren't going to think "Well, he has a lone Qs or Ks," because it's going to be hard to think that given the action.

Also, if your opponent isn't going to fold an ace on the turn, then he probably isn't going to fold it to a value bet on the river, so you have implied odds.
