1 pound ground pork
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons salt
1 (16 ounce) package spring roll wrappers
1 1/2 quarts oil for frying
lots of sweet and sour for dipping
pork, beef, onion, soy sauce, oil!!!! how can you not love this.
